Rent The Center for your next event!
Looking for an event space for your next meeting or party? Look no further than the Burns Street Center! The Center is available for rent to groups and individuals on evening hours all year long, priced as follows:
Neighborhood Organization Meetings: FREE
Non-profit Organizations: $50 fee, plus $30/hr
Private Parties: $50 fee, plus $45/hr
Rent includes use of the common space, tables and chairs, and the stage.
*Kitchen rental is not included in the community center rental. If you are interested in renting the kitchen or in catering, email the Burns Street Bistro.

The space holds 90 people for a sit-down event. We recommend no more than 100 guests.

We do not currently offer equipment for rent but the space has capability for projecting on a screen. Please reach out for a tour of the space and to discuss specific questions and needs tailored to your event.

We expect the space to be reasonably clean and put back in order after a rental. We do, however, work with cleaners who can tidy up after your event. If there is significant cleaning to do after the event, payment will be deducted from your deposit.
