Selling Your Home
Learn your resale formula and Front Step’s role in assisting with a sale of your home!
-
When you are ready to sell their home, complete your Notice of Intent to Sell and share with Front Step. Note that the resale process can take up to 3 months from the date of the Notice of Intent to Sell.
Front Step staff will then determine the maximum resale price based on the resale formula in your ground lease.
Front Step will also schedule a walkthrough to view your home and assess any needed repairs before marketing it. We also request that the home be available for one 3-hour period for an Open House so interested buyers can view the home before applications are due.
