Purchasing your CLT home is only the beginning. Front Step offers CLT homeowners and co-op shareholders ongoing support and resources to help you be successful in your homeownership. In addition to our homeowner newsletter, this space serves as a resource hub for you to review policies and browse relevant resources.

Selling Your Home

Learn your resale formula and Front Step’s role in assisting with a sale of your home!

    • When you are ready to sell their home, complete your Notice of Intent to Sell and share with Front Step.  Note that the resale process can take up to 3 months from the date of the Notice of Intent to Sell.

    • Front Step staff will then determine the maximum resale price based on the resale formula in your ground lease.

    • Front Step will also schedule a walkthrough to view your home and assess any needed repairs before marketing it.  We also request that the home be available for one 3-hour period for an Open House so interested buyers can view the home before applications are due.
